RLA's expertise in the financing of leisure assets includes project analysis and financial modeling, conducting feasibility studies to establish the economic viability of leisure projects, preparing information memorandums and other investor documentation, acquisition financing and refinancing of single assets or portfolios, construction financing, asset-based financing of CapEx/FF&E and formulation of restructuring and recapitalization strategies and distressed asset workouts.
